After finishing the Denver Marathon on Sunday, the family had a lovely afternoon get together with all the family living in Colorado- Sue & Don, their daughter, their 2 grand-daughters and husbands, and their great grandchildren. Mom’s nephew is also now living in Colorado & he drove into town to meet up with us.

Kelly hosted us at her house and made us a delicious family tradition- pile up! And of course margaritas

We laughed, we shared stories, we ate, we drank and generally caught up on all the family news.

Gram and Sue are two of the last of many siblings and both in their 80′s. Sue & Done have several great-grand kids too.

These two were so cute all snuggled up on the couch together because Sue was cold.

We were able to get a family pictures & I only had to make minor head swaps. 4 Generations. 2 sets of sisters, 4 married couples, lots of mother-daughter’s, tons of cousins.

It was a great way to end our trip to Colorado & I’m so glad we could all get together.

These are the lovely ladies of the family- it’s been all girls since sisters Sue & Beulah, their daughters Sherry & Claudia (my mom), the grand-daughters me, Kelly & Lynn, plus the 1 great-granddaughter Bailey. There are are a few other great-grandkids that didn’t make it, a boy and a few other girls that weren’t around.

Wanted to get one last good picture of the two sisters together since I won’t likely have the chance to get many more.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Headed to Indianapolis this evening & it’s going to be COLD!
