A few weekends back, our friends Mark & Pam had the whole friends crew over for dinner on a Friday night. It was a rare night when we were all in town together & they wanted us to take a group photo before we got started on dinner.
My camera has the coolest feature that will allow me to take several time-delay shots in a row. I was testing out my settings & we were rounded up everybody in place. Just as we got ready for the real shot, did our countdown & snapped the first photo, Mark announced they they were going to have a baby!!!!
Just as we started shrieking & screaming with excitement, Jessica & Brian also announced they were expecting too! More friends, more babies!
We had such a joyous night sharing in all the excitement, asking tons of questions, getting ready for the first babies in our group of friends.
All the new parents are so totally thrilled & over the moon, and we are so happy for them too.
We have got such a great group of friends & we are so beyond ecstatic for them & having fun watching them get all geeked out about baby stuff & all the thrills that go along with having your first baby.
Pam & Jessica are best friends, so it’s going to be so exciting for them to share this journey together. Guess what you’ll be seeing lots of on the blog next March & April?
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Inspection insanity- 4 vehicles in 4 days, 2 scenes & 2 states. WHEW- ready for vacation.
