India’s Presidential Palace is found in New Delhi and is the largest residence of any head of state in the world.

India’s National Emblem can be seen in the gates of the Presidential Palace. It is an adaption of the Lion Capital of Ashoka

Gandhi Smriti was Gandhi’s home while in Delhi and the site of his assassination.

Famous Gandhi quotes were all around the property, including the spot where he was killed.

There was lots of information about Gandhi’s life, and you could even visit his bedroom.

His next site was the Lotus Temple and an ashram, and he was surrounded by rickshaws that would carry up to 15 people.

Finally, he made it back to his hotel at the ITC, where the inside was gorgeous, but he also had views of people sleeping overnight on nearby rooftops.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Excited for another “Friends Dinner” this evening!
