Our final stop on our wine tour of Casablanca Valley was at Vina Casa del Bosque for lunch.
The grounds were absolutely beautiful with flowers spread all around the rows of grape vines.
Their wine room and restaurant was a neat building too with an inviting courtyard in the center.
We started off with a rather interesting ceviche presentation, and enjoying a lovely view, including this hawk, while we tried one of their bottles of wine.
It was a warm day, and we opted for a chilled Sauvignon Blanc to accompany our delicious meal. Even seeing the pictures, I can’t remember exactly what we had, but I remember enjoying the meal (especially after all of our previous wine tastings).
After lunch, we wandered into their official tasting room inside & tried a few of their other wines before deciding we were officially wined-out for our entire trip!
