A few weeks ago, hubby snagged some awesome seats to a Friday night Astro’s game. We invited my parents along & had a double date at Minute Maid Park.
It was throwback night, so our players were wearing the classic orange rainbow outfits. I have a blast with my camera, trying to catch the ball & batter
We’ve got lots of interesting things that happen during our baseball games, including the crowd singing “Deep in the Heart of Texas” during intermission.
Then there’s the Tamale toss in the stands, where they actually throw a little Tex-Mex out to the fans.
Forgot to take a photo of my parents, but we had a blast hanging out with them & dining on some delicious ballpark food on a Friday evening.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: We’re celebrating the 4th of July with a pool party with friends.
