Oh yes- I make sacrifices for my job- like climbing on top of my poor rental car to get the best angle for my shots. For the record- I really don’t recommend this & all of my running socks are that awesome.

I don’t share too much about my job on the blog- other than it lets me do tons of traveling. I go around the country investigating car crashes and figuring out what happened. I absolutely love my job- there are tough days and some long hours, but I feel so blessed to have such a great job playing with math and physics all day long. I don’t normally get to do stuff this crazy- most crazy just involves running around on freeways avoiding 18-wheelers as they zoom by me at 80 mph.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: A super Saturday with lots of time for catching up, treadmill, yoga, chores, shopping, a massage and a downtown festival.

That does sound like a fun, interesting job…and now that explains a lot of the travel shots!

It’s a good thing you’re in such good shape. I’m not sure I could scramble on and off a vehicle. Your socks are cute!
Sometimes I wish I had a job that let me travel – it looks like so much fun what you get to do! But I guess having summers and holidays off is another good perk of the teaching profession! lol

Interesting job! While driving (in front of Bayou Bend – from your last post) I was hit by another driver this summer. I hope my insurance company employs someone like you.
