A few weekends ago, Colbie Caillat was on town for a show at the House of Blues downtown. Our friends were going, so I grabbed an extra ticket and met them for a Sunday evening get together.
Her show was fine & there are some cute songs on her new album, Brighter than the Sun, but the night was all about hanging out with friends.
She’s really sweet and puts on a good show, but we were waaaay in the back of the general admission (near the bar)!
My two favorite not-yet-but-soon-to-be-married couples were at the show.
Not the best pictures, but decent for such a dark venue with my tiny P&S camera. The crowd was having a great time singing along with her.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: So glad to have such great friends that love concerts too!
How fun! I’ve never been to the HOB in Houston – looks like a cool venue!
