Sunday Scribblings #289: You Are Here.
Well, this is yet another tough topic. I think it’s just because everything is difficult for me right now. It’s been a difficult few weeks on top of a rocky year and it has left me here- alone & broken. I’m getting by day by day with the amazing love and support of my friends and family. I’m not really ready to talk about what’s going on, but I’ll add that cliche line “I never thought I’d be HERE.” It’s not a permanent place and I’m very much hopeful that there will be a much better place in the future. I am here with God & my puppies at the moment. He is showing me some areas in my life that aren’t pleasing and is bringing me back to His presence through this place I am at. I have faith that God is with me (Emmanuel) and He can work miracles beyond my wildest imagination. It’s only through Him that restoration and forgiveness can take place, and He is teaching me that every day.
You are here reading my blog for some reason! Why? Have I met you? Do I follow your blog? I never thought I’d be here posting the struggles of my heart on the internet or being friends with men and women all over the globe, but I am here doing just that.

The lyrics, straight out of the Bible, speak deeply to me and help me keep perspective on my situation. There’s not much else I can say other than I am here and I am deeply loved by God.

We’ve yet to meet in person but I’m thankful for the “blog friendship” that we have formed. I read your blog because you seem so genuine and you always have a way of making me think. Praying for you sweet friend.
