Sunday Scribblings #285 Easy: It looks like an easy one, but easy is never really easy is it?
Today’s half-marathon was easy! It was nice and fun to push myself and run fast instead of focusing in running far. It was easy to fun 13.1 miles compared to some of the other stuff I am dealing with in life right now.
I miss the Big Easy- we need to plan another trip to New Orleans, hopefully with friends and good weather in 2012 to see a music or food festival.
I’m amazed at the variety of gifts and talents that different people possess that make some things easy for some people and terribly difficult for others.
Marriage was easy the first four years, but I’ll admit this year has not been easy.
It’s not easy having your best friend thousands of miles away.
It’s easy to write about things that are NOT easy.
Easy is being a busy-body, over-acheiver. It’s hard to say no, slow down, rest & relax, take time for self.
Math and numbers, organization and planning, motivation and drive all come really easy to me.
Journaling is easier and more enjoyable that it has ever been for me before.
Life is easier when I stay focused on the big picture and refused to get tangled up in the daily drama of life.
Word associations like Sunday Scribblings are easy and thought provoking, but easy wasn’t as easy as I was expecting.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Nothing but hanging out with friends in Philly today and relaxing.
I know what you mean. Might not have your exact circumstances/experiences, but the feeling is totally there.
