So back in June (I totally missed all these photos in the rush of June & July), we got to together with friends at Mark’s house for a friendly little Pictionary competition with the boys challenging the girls.
Rolling a dice assigned you a category & both teams were constantly re-arranging on the couches & floors to get the best view of their players & working our left & right handed drawers.
Mark made his usual delicious snacks & we had the fun and festive drinks flowing as the girls started racking up wins over the boys.
Then the bonus round came along, where girls made clues for the guys & guys made the clues for the girls. Let’s just say the creative juices were flowing & we were coming up with some hysterical and totally inappropriate clues that had everybody in the house rolling with laughter.
Surprisingly, the guys were pretty good at getting the dirty clues & the female joke clues. Sorry the white balance is off in these photos, but I was in a rush editing them and thought they were worth of a GIF.
I adore our friends- we are always laughing & cracking up, sharing the same old stories “Remember when….” and generally smiling till our faces hurt.
I really wish I’d done these photos & posts back in June & I might have a chance at remembering what a few of those drawings we were trying to do in the above photos, but my memory of the night is long gone! For the record, the girls lost the last few rounds, but won the evening!
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: My first University of Houston football game this afternoon with hubby!
[...] I got crafty with a calendar journal, reminisced over some letters from the past and we played Pictionary with friends. Headed out to Washington State to run the Seattle Rock n Roll Marathon (preparations, Recap Part [...]
