After checking into my awesome little hotel, I walked about 2 minutes and was in the quaint little town of Langley with it’s not-even-a-light main street surrounded by cute little shops and restaurants.

Any town with a dog shop is pretty awesome in my book. They had clothes, jewelry, art and much more for those looking to do some shopping.

My shopping of choice is of course wine! Ott & Murphy is a tasting room for a winery located elsewhere, but I still wanted to check it out.

I tried a lovely flight of wines & then settled on a glass while I enjoyed the view and visited with a few other travelers.

Luckily, the most recommended place in the town for dinner was right across the street and with a killer balcony to continue enjoying the views.

I sat up on the deck, right along the rail for the best view and ordered myself a nice bottle of Washington wine to indulge in before my my marathon prohibition on Friday.

From the little park below, you could peek back around the corner and catch a few snow capped mountains in the distance. Maybe the Olympics?

Prima Bistro proved an excellent dinner choice- from the cheese plate to accompany my wine, to the fresh salad and delicious Pacific salmon to go along with the stunning weather and great views.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Costa Rica has been amazing so far- just enough fun and adventure as well as resting and relaxing.

Hi Amanda,
Yours pictures are spectacular! I’m so jealous that you’re in Costa Rica.
The Boneyard was very nice! They had $5 mimosas (which I loved) and a large beer selection (which my hubby loved). My only complaint was that the dog park itself was much smaller than I pictured. It is 7000 sqft, which sounds bigger than it really is.
Thanks! Glad to hear you liked it & that they offered more than just beer. My nutty dogs would be happy running around anywhere. We will have to check it out when it gets cooler- I don’t want to sit out in this heat!
