30 Days of List, Part 2

*** Want to know what this is all about?  Check out Part 1 ***

List 16 Places to See in Your Town

I love my Houston!  There is lots to see and do if you ever come for a visit- I just suggest sticking with spring or fall.

List 17 Words that are Hard to SpellList 18 Road Trip Must Haves

I am an AWFUL speller & always struggled with it.  There are many words that I still can’t spell correctly.  List 18 reminded me we need to take a road-trip soon, although Hubby and I have visited most places around Houston.  We’re doing a girls weekend at the end of July in Dallas & I’m stoked about that.

List 19 Recipes to TryList 20 Celebrity Crushes

Another big empty on recipes to try- I’m just not much of a cook.  I’d be happy to be home enough to cook anything at all- new or old!  I’m not a big celebrity crusher and don’t really follow E! or magazines, but I do have some people that I really respect or just like.

List 21 Things to Do this SpringList 22 Today I Saw

Although Spring is a distant memory now, we had a great one in Houston with lots of weather & lots of fun things outdoors.  Such a random day to to list things on Day 22 and I can bet I did Yoga and went to Spec’s.

List 23 Guilty PleasuresList 24 I Make Lists For

I’ll admit I spoil myself a bit & I have lots of guilty pleasures.   I am a list person through and through- I’ve got tons of them everywhere and for everything.

List 25 Things I’d Rather be Doing Now

Apparently, I totally skipped 25 and can’t find it any more…..

List 26 Books to Read this YearList 27 Lessons Learned

I’m proud to say I’ve been doing well on my reading list- I’ve read two of those (Myth of  a Christian Nation & Same Kind of Different as Me) and I’ve got 2 packed for Costa Ricac (Room and Clean).  List 27 was difficult and required more introspection than most.

List 28 & List 29

These were easy- I needed a bigger note for all the places I want to travel.  Luckily, we will be in Costa Rica next week and we’re 99% sure we are going back to Argentina to see Patagonia and Chile for our 5th anniversary next year.  List 29 is further proof I”m no foodie- I like the simple stuff and very few meals I make.

Sorry it took me months to get these photographed, organized and blogged.  But I really enjoyed participating & I”m excited that they are starting a new 30 days project in September.  Check out their website & join the fun- I’m looking forward to doing it in real-time and making more beautiful notes this time.

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Hubby comes home today & we’re going on a dinner cruise with friends.
