Usually, we save our big friends pool party for Labor Day, but everybody was available and it was HOT this year for Memorial Day. Gram made an appearance before it got too hot & Zoe knocked over hubby’s drink in her quest for the soccer ball.
I was thrilled Zoe was even jumping a little bit into the pool & she was quickly joined by Shiloh and Mia cooling off- along with all of our friends.
Pretty much pure mayhem with a dozen people, 3 rowdy dogs and lots of frosty beverages all floating around.
It’s the first time that everybody has made it to the pool party at the same time! We grilled up a mess of hotdogs & hamburgers along with tons of other snacks.
The neighbors came over & the puppies wore themselves out running around. Shiloh gave Mia a does of her own medicine- chasing her around and harassing her constantly.
Couldn’t have thought of a better way to spend a scorcher of a day than with friends & family in the pool!
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Nothing on the agenda today but relaxing & hanging out with my honey.

Thanks- having my parents pool just around the block is the best of both worlds. I can use it whenever we want & I don’t have to take care of it!
