Seeing as I’ll have a new batch of dance photos from my sister’s debut last night to post soon, I figured I’d better get around to posting some from this spring. One of her interests is cooking and baking- she loves watching Cake Boss & even does some baking around the house. She & her best friend Jo Ellen took a pasty class back in February and also loves to take goofy photos of herself.
I have no idea where the photo on the left is at (maybe Mountasia?), but throwing gang signs cracks me up. I think the photo on the right is (maybe) her girl scout troop piled into a poor grocery cart- Yup, she’s still in girl scouts!
For a few days of her spring break, she and some friends went to visit her Granny in the country and do some camping. They loaded up the truck and set out for some wilderness adventure- sleeping in tents and pimping a golf cart around the property.
We were worried about them surviving the first night outside with the animals, noises and high winds, but they had a blast and even used a retro Coleman lantern with real propane.

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Survived a busy week (assuming I make it through today) & looking forward to a relaxing weekend.
