Today marks my dear husband’s 34th birthday. Although his handsome face graces many of my photos, I don’t share too much about him on here. I’ve already posted a few of his baby photos & a little about his job. He does have a very lovely name, but he shall remain nameless on the blog as he wishes. It took me a while to decide what I wanted to blog about on his birthday, but sorting through my photos this past weekend mad it abundantly clear that being married to him is like having my cake & eating it too. I never in my wildest dreams imagined I’d ever be with such an amazing man that was everything I’d ever hoped for in a husband. Not only is he dashing & gorgeous, he’s charming and smart. I love his style & his sparkling eyes just as much as I am awed by his compassion for people and his social finesse. For all the ways I am a genius with an Excel spreadsheet or an AutoCAD drawing, he is equally impressive in a high-pressure meeting or closing the deal. We are so different from each other to be both called Aries & born only a few days apart, but it works. It works beautifully. We’ve both grown tremendously in the last 7 years together- he pushes me and I push him- forward and upward, together. That growth hasn’t come without struggle or strife, but growing is the constant theme of life and something I am so blessed to be doing with him at my side. We’re both better people today than we are without each other & today I celebrate my amazing husband. He’s everything I never thought possible to find in one man & his incredible patience with me is overwhelming. H is the love of my life & I can’t imagine somebody more perfect for me than him. I am blessed to be his wife & I wish him many more years of our dreams coming true together.
