Last Friday was a beautiful day here in Houston. With temps almost 70 & my hubby in Hawaii, I decided to take the dogs to the park for some exercise. Mia was excited to be there, but she’s pretty much excited about any and everything.
Zoe was Zoe. She wasn’t too thrilled to be there. Wasn’t thrilled with all the other dogs & was mostly just waiting for me to get the treats out.
Surprisingly, she did manage to wade in the water a little bit. I’m sure it was still plenty cold, but I guess she was tempted. My other dog couldn’t be kept out of the water….
Mia had a grand old time chasing tennis balls and sticks that I’d throw into the lake. She’s really good about bringing them back when she wants them thrown again.

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: No snow overnight but lots of ice & closures around town today.
