Considering the presents didn’t get bought & wrapped until the day before Christmas Eve & we were still painting putting up the tree on Wednesday, we didn’t finish with the ornaments until about noon on Christmas Eve & I’m really lucky I even found time to get a shot of my girls. I’ll have to remember to take their collars (with my name & phone number!) off next year before our formal photos.
After my 11 mile pre-feast run yesterday morning, I was doing some *very* last minute shopping & wrapping (i.e please excuse the hair and outfit!). I love to play the “DOO DAA” game with the dogs using the wrapping paper rolls. Zoe is fairly terrified of it, but Mia wouldn’t figure out what my voice was coming from 4 feet away from my mouth. As usual, she does her wiggle, waggle, lick & lean, to show her excitement with the situation.

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: 2 out of 4 holiday events down- blueberry muffins are in the oven & the fireplace is going this morning.
