Last weekend, on our way to dinner at a friend’s house, we checked out a newer wine bar up near the Woodlands in Spring, TX. The Crescent Moon Wine Bar has been open a little over a year & it would be a great place to meet friends that live on that side of town. It’s in a generic strip center, but the inside makes up for it with tons of personality.
Inside takes you away to a far away land & reminds me of our many travels. There is a stage & I assume they often have life music to add even more ambiance.
Seriously- who doesn’t love a giant hanging grape vine? They had a great variety of wines, including lots of reasonably priced bottles.
The back room is smaller & more intimate. In addition to the usual snacks & cheeses on the menu, they had a chocolate selection!
Overall, we enjoyed the wine bar & it will be a regular stop on the way to our friend’s houses or up to the Woodlands. Currently not open on Sundays or until 5pm on Saturdays.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: All motivated again…New Zealand posts restarting again tomorrow!
