Welcome to the New Blog!

Click. The Good News Original Blogger Format, early 2009

Welcome to the new home of Click. The Good News!  Thanks for following me over here from Blogger.  Please be sure to update any feed readers to http://www.clickthegoodnews.com/feed/

I love that I have it all here in one place.  Check out the quick-links at the top for pages dedicated to travel, the pups, the husband & more.  I consider this a new hybrid between keeping a diary and making a scrapbook.  Doing all the transfer & site maintenance to get to my new location, I spent quite a bit of time going through the blog & straightening things up.  Seeing how my blogging has evolved over the last 3 year is both surprising and encouraging.  I’ve learned so much about photography, picked up a few coding tips, immersed myself in so many other wonderful blogs that I read & have really begun to value how much this blog means to me.

Coming soon….I promise to be back to a more regular posting schedule.  I *WILL* finish up all the photos from our New Zealand trip.  I have some gorgeous pictures from my long weekend to visit family in Washington State.  Of course, there ‘s always more puppy posts and our patriotic of July weekend in Pennsylvania.  I really want to get back and show you all the changes to our new home- the messy remodeling, our gorgeous new kitchen & the demolition of the backyard.   The rest of this year holds some exciting stuff for us- including 2 destination weddings, my first non-Houston marathon in years & more house projects.

My home here at WordPress is still evolving. Some of the older Blogger posts will have some formatting issues. I hope to get the graphics & banners updated in the future. Perhaps when I find time to refine my photoshop skills :) Only the most recent post will be a full-view on the main page and all older posts will be a summary only. I was getting too many big pictures & pages were loading very slowly. I hope to work on getting faster in WP, learning all the tricks & features. I need to brush up on my Lightroom skills in the 3.0 version and hopefully get a watermark going on my photo.

I’d really appreciate some blog loving down below & feel free to let me know about any glitches or other bugs you find!

GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: Yea!  Thanks for making the trek to my new digs :)
