ZOE FROLICKING

Since Zoe hadn’t gone on her regular runs in a few days, I decided to take her to an empty lot near our house.

She normally plays in the park by the jogging trail, but since it was later in the morning and there were more people out walking, I decided to take her to some place where she wouldn’t bother others.

The minute I let her out of the car, she runs non-stop back and forth, sniffing everything and inspecting every piece of garbage.

The grass was pretty tall, so I wasn’t too inclined to walk around much, but it didn’t even slow down Zoe one bit.

There are usually numerous birds and rabbit taking refuge in the trees and grass. I was just hoping that she didn’t find a skunk.
GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY: I’m thankful we have a few choices for parks and green space so close to the house.
